I love cooking with fresh herbs, but can’t seem to use them up before they go bad. I recently read that herbs should be stored like a bouquet of flowers, in fresh water. You’d never guess that this cilantro was falling over yesterday!

Bacon Wrapped Artichokes
Wrap 1/2 piece of bacon around marinated artichoke heart. Bake for 12 minutes at 450 degrees, high broil for 3 min or until crispy.
