Is it just me, or did 2015 fly by?! The second half of the year has gone by especially fast, likely due to the exciting growth and changes here at DeFrates Nutrition. First, I redesigned and relaunched my website and blog. I also made the decision to focus significantly more of my “9-5” time in my private practice and consulting business, a journey I began in a smaller capacity in 2013. Then, with much excitement, I announced a new name for both myself, and my business after getting married in September.
Thank you for coming along through the changes and growth this year. Also – thank you for reading, sharing, tweeting, liking, commenting and subscribing! Now, let’s commemorate the year with the posts you loved the most from DeFrates Nutrition in 2015.
A round up of tasty and fulfilling snack recipes by 9 registered dietitians.
An inspirational Twitter chat I came upon discussing yoga and it’s ability to heal our relationship with our bodies.
The Meditation Garden in Encinitas is one of my favorite places. It is peaceful and beautiful, full of flowers, cacti, koi fish, and overlooks the ocean. The second photo captures my excitement about a “CARBS” shirt found at Kitson in San Diego.
Facebook – Snacks That Satisfy (yep, a two-time winner!)
This post was well-loved this year! Another fun collection of recipes was Citrus Recipe Roundup, featuring recipes by eight registered dietitians. More recipe round ups to come in 2016!
