Quick and Easy Fish Taco Sauce
What is more San Diegan than a delicious fish taco topped with a creamy avocado sauce? Creamy Avocado Sauce Ingredients 1/2 large avocado 1/4 cup of your favorite salsa (I love one with lots of cilantro) 2 Tablespoons sour cream 1 teaspoon black pepper Juice of 1/2 lime Tapatio Hot Sauce to Taste Directions Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
